Everyone at the table shares a secret word. One of you does not.

Clues go round in the open, the table talks it over, and then everyone names one player at once. It plays in a browser, with friends in the room or nowhere near it.

What a table looks like

one match, from the first clue to the reveal
Five players standing around a round table in the game. A card in the top corner gives the local player their secret word, the header counts a minute down beside the round, two players carry the clue they already gave on a tag above them, and a box at the bottom waits for one indirect word.
Your turn. Your word sits in the corner and nowhere else. The minute runs at the top, and every clue already given stays on the table under whoever said it.

The talk. Chat opens with the first clue and runs without a clock. This screen belongs to the imposter, working from the same five words as everybody else.

The ballot. Everyone names one player in secret. Nothing turns over until the last ballot is sealed, so nobody follows the room.
The end of the match. Players stand with their arms raised and a panel reads that the informed team wins and the secret survived, over a summary naming the secret word, the imposter, who was accused, and the imposter's final guess marked incorrect.
The reveal. Caught, and the free guess missed. The word had been on four of the five screens the entire time.

How a round goes

Everyone gets the same secret word, except one player, who gets only the category. Nobody is told who.

Give a clue

One word each, in turn, said out loud. You get a minute. One of these came from someone who has never heard the secret.

Talk it over

Chat is open from the moment the round starts. No clock here. The table moves on when a majority says it is ready.

Decide together

Another round of clues, or accuse now. You can change your mind while the vote is open.

Those three repeat, with a new player leading each round, until the table votes to accuse.
